Castlebridge is an excellent family neighbourhood with housing styles suitible for almost any family. This area boasts some of the best maintained condo townhome complexes, many semi-detached to large 3000 square foot detached homes.
Newer Floor Plans

Most homes are between 15 and 20 years old, so you will be able to enjoy the conveniences of 2 full upper bathrooms, main or upper floor laundry, and walk in closets.

Pride of Ownership  With the exception of a small number of streets, the vast majority of homes show great pride of ownership and curb appeal. You can be sure you will have neighbours who care about their home, which is always an asset.
 Small Lots For the size of many of the homes, they sit on rather small lots; few if any are over 100 ft deep. So if you like being outdoors, you had better like your neighbours because you will be very close to them.
Cookie Cutter Though all of the home styles make a formidable impression, this area is the essence of Mississauga suburbia. Many streets look exactly the same and lack any great diversity of house models. Many homes are dominated by large prominent garages with the front door tucked back and to the side of the house.

This area has access to the best schools in Mississauga. St Aloysius Gonzaga and John Fraser Secondary Schools are of the highest quality and ranking.

Like any good suburban neighbourhood, Castlebrigde has easy access to shopping, with Erin Mills Town Centre and the Eglinton Power Centres within a 5 minute walk or drive.


Castlebridge is a newer community where parks and greenspace were built into the master plan. You will always be a walk away from somewhere to play with your kids at a playground.

Franchise Heaven

Though there are lots of places to shop and eat, they are all franchise and corporate operations. If you crave the unique or independant shop, you will be hard pressed to find it anywhere in Central Erin Mills.

This area is fairly affordable for the average family; with detached prices mostly in the $450,000 to $650,000 range, but do go as high as $950,000.

The value for the family buyer is extremely high here, given the quality of schools and amenities available in the area.

Castlebridge is NOT Ideal for:

1) Buyers who crave a hip urban vibe, or independant shops within walking distance

2) Buyers looking for uniqueness or character in the style of homes or neighbourhood
