Every one in real estate is on the web now, that's no big deal.The issue I see is that most Mississauga real estate agents do nothing with their internet presence, to the point where they are never found, and this is critically important for home sellers to know this, because it could mean a big difference in the marketing of your home.
There are millions of web sites out there, and I'm guessing that 99% are never found. No one goes to them, the search engines don't know about them, and home buyers are definately not on them.
If you are selling your house or condominium and looking at what Mississauga Real Estate Agent will be the best choice, forget the flyers- look at the internet presence!
Buyers don't care who the listing agent is- they care about the home. In order for them to care about your home, they need to see it!! With over 90% of buyers looking at a home before they ever visit in person, it amazes me that home sellers don't hire a Mississauga Real Estate agent with a strong internet presence.
Below are a few tips to tell how strong your agent is on the Web:
1) Go to google.ca and type in the Mississauga Real Estate Agents name. Does anything come up- if not run!! Chances are something will come up, but how much?
2) In the google search, type in phrases that your home buyers might type in to do a search. For example, type in your street name. Type in your area. Use key words like house, home...ect See what comes up.
3) Go to You Tube and type in the Mississauga Real Estate agents name. Type in the same key words that you typed in goggle. What comes up?
4) Look at the agents web site- do they have links to poular sites such as Facebook, Youtube, Linked in? Do the links work?
5) The most important tip I can give you is to talk to the Mississauga Real Estate Agent. Ask them to explain how their web site works. How many Hots do they get? What do they do to optomize their site?
