Memorial Park in Port Credit is located north of Lakeshore Road, south of the train tracks. There is a large mix of housing in this area, including many high and low rise apartments, single family homes, townhomes and multi-family homes. This area also enjoys fantastic access to all the best Port Credit has to offer, all within walking distance.

Many of the homes in Memorial Park are older and require more care and maintenance. The trade off is that many of these homes hold the same charm and character of houses south of Lakeshore road in Port Credit. Adding equity in the short term is not as easy to do, so any investment should be well considered and done for the long term enjoyment of the owner.

This area was named after Memorial Park, as Port Credit boasts many public green spaces. Though many lot sizes are smaller on average, it is easy to walk to a park or the lake to enjoy an outdoor lifestyle.

Prices are more consistent in this area of Port Credit, as there are no premium lake lots, and there are more houses in closer proximity to the train tracks. However many of the streets are very quiet, with mature trees and a charming feel. The Memorial Park area of Port Credit will continue to hold its value due to the proximity to downtown Port Credit, but will likely not appreciate as quickly relative to other areas.
