Port Credit, Lakeview, Mineola

 Port Credit Village
Situated at the mouth of the Credit River in South Central Mississauga, Port Credit is Mississauga's oldest community and is known today as a local tourist destination with trendy boutiques and great restaurants. Real Estate values are above average due to Port Credit's excellent location, where a lakeview townhome can exceed $1 million dollars.

 

 

Streetsville

 Streetsville Village
Situated along the Credit River in North West Mississauga, Streetsville is over 200 years old and known as the "Village in the City". Charactarized by a mix of historic charm, many riverside homes, and exclusive executive communities, real estate values are on average between $700,000 and $1,000,000.

 

 

Lorne Park

Lorne Park Village
Situated along the west banks of the Credit River in South West Mississauga, Lorne Park is an upscale community that grew from a cottage resort area for wealthy people from Toronto. Real Estate in Lorne Park is very high, as many old cottages are being renovated into luxury mansion estates. In the older, original areas of Lorne park which are in highest demand, prices start at $1 million and reach over $5 million dollars. 

 

 

Erin Mills

Erin Mills
Situated in West Central Mississauga, Erin Mills is the largest "village" in Mississauga in terms of both land size and population. Developed over the last 40 years, Erin Mills is a master planned community and popular with families due to its relative affordability. Real Estate in Erin Mills is varies by sub-area, ranging from $300,000 for a townhouse to up to $700,000 for a very large family home. There are a few small, executive neighbourhoods that range from $800,000 to $1,500,000.

   
Churchill Meadows Churchill Meadows 
Situated in West Central Mississauga, Churchill Meadows is Mississauga's newest planned community. This area is close in proximity to Erin Mills and is a mix of low rise condos, townhomes and single family homes. Real Estate in Churchill Meadows is relatively affordable, but in high demand due to it's new homes. Prices Range from $200,000 to $850,000 for good sized, modern family home.
   
Clarkson, Lorne Park Clarkson Village 
Located in South West Mississauga, real estate in Clarkson Village and Clarkson consists primarily of upper middle and middle class homes. The charming Clarkson Village is close to 200 years old and is located south of Lakeshore Rd. North and west of the village is the larger part of Clarkson, developed in the post war era. Clarkson is very desireable area for those commuting to downtown Toronto
   
Meadowvale Lisgar Lisgar - Meadowvale Village 
Is located in the north west section of Mississauga and consists of Meadowvale, Lisgar and Meadowvale Village. Similar to Erin Mills, the majority of Meadowvale real estate was built in the last 40 years. Meadowvale has excellent transportation links and attracts home owners who need close access to highway 401.
   
Mississauga City Centre Mississauga City Centre
Developed around the Square One shopping centre, Mississauga City Centre is the hub of the city that is dominated by condominium highrises. Attractions include Square One, Living Arts Centre, Mississauga Central Library and City Hall. Mississauga City Centre is a prime destination for young proffesionals and condo dwellers.
   
Erindale Erindale
Located in south west central Mississauga, east of the Credit River along the Dundas corridore, Erindale served as an old stage coach stop in previous centuries for travellers heading between Hamilton and Toronto. Real Estate in Erindale is varied, although the majority of homes are in the 30-40 year range. Styles range from middle class suburban homes to Million dollar properties.
   
Cooksville Cooksville
Centred at Dundas St and Hurontario St, Cooksville is the center of Mississauga and the unoffical downtown before the expansion of the newer Mississauga City Centre to the north. Real Estate is Cooksville is older than average for Mississauga and most of the growth in Mississauga prior to the 1960's occured in Cooksville.
   
Heartland Heartland- North Mississauga
Located in the North central area of Mississauga, Heartland is a newer community built mostly in the last decade. Similar to Churchill Meadows, homes have modern designs and appeal to young proffessional families. Heartland is close to many employers and its proximity to highway 401 appeals to commuters working in other areas of the GTA.
   
Dixie- East Mississauga Dixie- East Mississauga
Located in the east part of Mississauga and encompassing the areas of Applewood, Bloor and Rathwood, East Mississauga is the orginal suburb, being built as much as an extension of the city of Toronto's suburbs and residents here enjoy the fastest access to Toronto. Real Estate varies in East Mississauga, but due to the area's proximity to Toronto, property values remain high and many homes have been upgraded over time.
   
Malton

Malton
Located in the north east section of Mississauga, Malton is home to Toronto's Pearson International Airport. This multi cultural community plays an important role in flow of people and goods throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
