Consultation
A consultation is the opportunity to meet with the homeowner to identify his/her goals, questions, needs, and to learn what is liked and disliked about the house. By touring the home with the owner, and then alone, the Home Stager© will create a detailed, room-by-room report of everything that needs to be done to prepare the home for sale. Top priorities are identified to provide further direction to the homeowner. If required, this may also include sketches of floor plans, colour samples and "how-to" lessons.
Complete Staging© Services
Is the property vacant? Too busy to do the work yourself? Complete staging services is an option (at additional cost) to the seller and can include any service that is required to prepare the house for sale. Most often, this is recommended if the homeowner does not have the time and/or ability to do certain tasks or oversee the completion of all required projects. This may include direction for services such as boxing/moving/storage, furniture rental, painting, carpentry, landscaping, cleaning, preparation for open house, and so on. Tasks will be identified according to priority and homeowner budget.
Final Preperation
Once the work is completed, Your Sales Advantage will return to help the home owner set up and make any final touches. This generally takes one to two hours and is included at no charge to the home owner.
