Even if you don't have school aged children, having property within the boundaries of a top school postively impacts property values, as opposed to an average or lesser school that has no effect and sometimes, a negative effect. There are 14 schools in Mississauga that ranked 7.5/10 or higher on the 2010-2011 Fraser Insititute Report. All of these schools have proved consistent performance and a solid teaching system. Not everyone can live in Credit Mills or Lorne Park, but this does not mean that your child's education is doomed because they can't attend St. Aloysius Gonzaga or Lorne Park Secondary School.
