I am an award Realtor® based out of Mississauga, Ontario, serving Mississauga and the west GTA. My passion in real estate is lifestyle. I focus on how people live and play because I know that choosing a home is more than just the house. I live in Mississauga with my wife Stephanie and our 3 sons. I love my community and try to be as actively involved as I can. I believe in service first, and the more you give, the more you get in return!

In my real estate blog, "The Village Guru" I talk about neighbourhoods, lifestyle and real estate. The information I share in The Village Guru is not only from my experience in real estate, but from the knowledge and experiences that I have gained from living in Mississauga my entire life. Due to the popularity of the Village Guru and my strong Internet presence, I've have been a feature speaker at two major real estate industry conferences in 2012. The truth of the 21st century is that bus shelters and billboards don't sell houses, the Internet does. This is where I focus my marketing and business strategy.

I’ve watched this city grow from a suburban bedroom community into a vibrant city with many villages. I share personal stories and my hope is that my audience will get to know me as a person and not another face on a bus shelter.
